These Terms of Service set the rules for using the online store, buying and selling goods, and providing services. Please read them carefully before using the website or placing an order.

2. General provisions

2.1. These terms apply to all buyers using the online store.
2.2. The seller reserves the right to change the terms at any time. The terms valid at the time of order submission apply.
2.3. Trade is conducted remotely using electronic communication means.

3. Contract formation

3.1. The purchase and sale contract is considered concluded from the moment the buyer places an order and receives its confirmation by email.
3.2. Placing an order means that the buyer has read and agrees with these terms and other policies presented on the website.

4. Goods and prices

4.1. All prices are shown including VAT (if applicable).
4.2. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but this does not affect already confirmed orders.
4.3. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Colors or design details may slightly differ in reality due to screen settings.

5. Payment terms

5.1. Payment can be made using:

  • online banking,
  • payment cards (Visa, Mastercard),
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay,
  • Inbank payment solutions:
    – Pay next month
    – Purchase in installments
    – Payment in 3 parts

5.2. Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. The seller does not store full payment card or bank details.

6. Delivery

6.1. Goods are delivered to Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, and Latvia.
6.2. Delivery methods, prices, and terms are provided in a separate Delivery policy.
6.3. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or force majeure circumstances.

7. Returns and contract withdrawal

7.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, following the Return policy.
7.2. Built-in sanitary products cannot be returned if installed or if the original packaging is damaged.
7.3. Detailed conditions are provided in the Return and refund policy.

8. Buyer’s rights and duties

The buyer undertakes to:

  • provide correct and accurate information;
  • use the website honestly;
  • not violate laws or the rights of third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1. The seller is not responsible for losses caused by improper use or installation of the product.
9.2. The seller is not responsible for website malfunctions caused by technical or third-party reasons.

10. Intellectual property

All information, texts, design, logos, and visuals on the website are the property of the seller or rightful owners and may not be used without written consent.

11. Applicable law and dispute resolution

11.1. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. Consumer disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if unsuccessful – at the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or a competent court.
